AI Engineer Department: Technology Division I. ABOUT VINDYNAMICS: At VinDynamics, we design safe, affordable, and intelligent humanoid robots to assist in everyday life — robots for everyone. Backed by Vingroup, Vietnam’s leading technology conglomerate, we are building a global robotics company spanning R&D, manufacturing, and commercial services. II. ABOUT DATA PLATFORM DIVISION: Build a Data Platform from scratch to process terabytes of time-series and telemetry data from bigdata systems. Ultimate goal: Streamline data using AI and drive Data Monetization by selling APIs, Data Subscriptions, or Raw Data packages. You are a fit ONLY if you have these: • Proactive & Hungry to Learn: You don't wait for tasks. You heavily leverage AI (Cursor, Copilot, AI Agents) to 10x your productivity. • Low Ego: You are ready to scrap your hard-written code if it doesn't solve the business problem. You debate to find the truth, not to win the argument. • Resilience: You value long-term commitment, appreciate the knowledge gained, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to pivot during tough times. • Bias for Action: Focus on results. You prefer shipping an 80% perfect version to get market feedback over holding it for 2 months to make the code "beautiful". You aggressively break through blockers. III. REQUIREMENTS: • Strong in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and Time-series/Tabular data algorithms. • Pragmatic mindset: Prefer models that run fast and efficiently over overly complex ones. • Ability to deploy models to Production. Up-to-date with SOTA models and LLMs/AI Agents applications. IV. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Build and train AI models: Anomaly Detection and Predictive Maintenance on data. • Setup automated MLOps pipelines to detect data drift and trigger retraining. • Optimize model inference speed to serve realtime APIs.
