DevOps/DataOps Engineer Department: Technology Division I. ABOUT VINDYNAMICS: At VinDynamics, we design safe, affordable, and intelligent humanoid robots to assist in everyday life — robots for everyone. Backed by Vingroup, Vietnam’s leading technology conglomerate, we are building a global robotics company spanning R&D, manufacturing, and commercial services. II. ABOUT DATA PLATFORM DIVISION: Build a Data Platform from scratch to process terabytes of time-series and telemetry data from bigdata systems. Ultimate goal: Streamline data using AI and drive Data Monetization by selling APIs, Data Subscriptions, or Raw Data packages. You are a fit ONLY if you have these: • Proactive & Hungry to Learn: You don't wait for tasks. You heavily leverage AI (Cursor, Copilot, AI Agents) to 10x your productivity. • Low Ego: You are ready to scrap your hard-written code if it doesn't solve the business problem. You debate to find the truth, not to win the argument. • Resilience: You value long-term commitment, appreciate the knowledge gained, and stand shoulder-to-shoulder with the team to pivot during tough times. • Bias for Action: Focus on results. You prefer shipping an 80% perfect version to get market feedback over holding it for 2 months to make the code "beautiful". You aggressively break through blockers. III. REQUIREMENTS: • Extensive skills in Docker, K8s, Terraform (IaC), and CI/CD pipelines. • Servant Leadership mindset: Actively unblock the Dev team, never slowing down the release cycle. • Extreme bias for action against manual deployment tasks. IV. JOB DESCRIPTION: • Design and operate Cloud infrastructure, managing Kubernetes (K8s) and Kafka clusters. • Build seamless CI/CD pipelines to support continuous releases. • AI-driven Ops: Setup AI agents for log analysis, alerts, and auto-scaling during data spikes. V.
