VinDynamics is a Vietnamese humanoid robotics company founded in 2025 as a Vingroup subsidiary. It is developing general-purpose humanoid robots for home assistance, security and service use, with its first prototype, Dyno, reaching stable walking after four months of development. The company also builds physical AI training data through its Data Factory offering, and has announced a partnership with Schaeffler to co-develop actuators and planetary gearboxes for humanoid robots. VinDynamics is headquartered in Hanoi, backed by Vingroup, which holds 51% of its charter capital of VND 500 billion. It has not disclosed any external funding rounds.
