About the role

Data Operator About the Role You put on a pair of gloves and a cap with a small camera, then do the kind of thing your hands already know how to do — pick something up and set it down, open a lid, fold a towel, hold a tool. The gloves record how your hands move. The camera records what you were looking at. You do each action several times over. They do not have to match each other — a robot learns more from the small differences between one go and the next than from copies of the same thing, so do it however feels natural. There is nothing to be good at here. You work thirty minutes and rest ten, through a morning or an afternoon. You are not on your feet for hours at a stretch. You work in twos. While one of you is doing the actions, the other sets out what comes next and keeps the gear ready, and you swap partway through. You are never left to figure it out alone. We show you the equipment and that day's actions when you arrive. You do not need to know anything about robots or engineering. What you record teaches FRIDAY, Holiday's first industrial humanoid, built to take on repetitive and physically demanding work on real industrial sites. Key Areas What You'll Do • Wear the gloves and cap, and do the actions you're shown that day. • Do each one several times. They do not need to match. • Say so if your hand was blocked or something looked off, and do it again. • Take turns with your partner setting out the next objects and tidying up. • Tell us if something felt awkward or unclear. Required Qualifications • Able to come to our office in Gangnam, Seoul. We agree the days and times with you in advance. • Able to join for a morning or an afternoon — thirty minutes of work, ten of rest, and so on. • Fine with doing the same thing over and over without getting bored of it. Preferred Qualifications • Mornings are easiest for us to schedule around. • Any repetitive handwork before — assembly, cooking, packing, crafts. What We Offer • KRW 15,000 per hour. • Pick a morning or an afternoon, four hours either way. Weekday or weekend. • Everything provided. • A close look at how a humanoid robot learns to do a job.
