Decart is an Israeli based AI infrastructure company founded in 2023, with its engineering team also working San Francisco. It builds an optimisation stack that helps AI workloads run faster and cheaper across different chip architectures. The company also develops real-time generative models. Lucy is a live video editing model used for virtual try-on, live advertising and gaming, while Oasis is an interactive world model aimed at robotics, autonomous vehicles, manufacturing and drones. Decart has raised more than $450 million in total. Its $300 million Series B, led by Radical Ventures in May 2026, followed a $100 million round at a $3.1 billion valuation. Reports in October 2026 said Amazon was in talks to acquire it for around $7 billion.
