Assembly & Repair Technician – Robotics Kassow Robots Kassow Robots is a Danish company that develops and manufactures unique 7-axis collaborative robots for a wide range of industrial applications. Since 2022, we have been part of Bosch Rexroth, a leading global automation company within the Bosch Group. Are you passionate about cutting-edge technology and hands-on problem solving? In our Assembly and Repair Department, you will take on an important role, working with colleagues to assemble, repair, and improve complete robot systems. You’ll experience a dynamic work environment where collaboration, innovation, and quality are at the heart of everything we do. ‍ Your Primary Responsibilities • Inspect, analyze, and troubleshoot robotic systems and equipment • Read repair manuals and collaborate with engineers and other specialists • Run tests, interpret results, and provide effective recommendations • Write reports, safety regulations, and preventative maintenance plans • Source and replace faulty parts and components • Perform both mechanical and electrical assembly of robot systems • Support manufacturing and development engineers in ongoing projects • Handle service requests via our support system • Stay up to date with advancements in the field and attend workshops as needed What We’re Looking For • Practical experience with installation, repair, and troubleshooting of complex systems, ideally including electronics and cabling • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to learn quickly • A quality-conscious, systematic, and hands-on approach to work • Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and thrive in a dynamic environment • Excellent team player with strong communication skills • A customer-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering reliable solutions What We Offer • Comprehensive training in our robot systems and installations • A collaborative and innovative work environment in a growing tech company • Opportunity to work with state-of-the-art robotics • Personal and professional development through workshops and knowledge sharing • A role where your contributions directly impact the company’s success 📍 Workplace: All work takes place at our company headquarters in Kastrup.
