Student Positions - AI, Robotics & Robot Learning About mkind mkind is an early-stage robotics startup building a fully flexible, intelligent robotic work cell designed for the hardest and most painful manual industrial tasks - specifically surface finishing, welding, and coating. Our mission is to automate the most critical jobs in industry, and we're building a small, hands-on team to get there. About the Role We're looking for motivated students - whether you're after a working student position, an internship, or a thesis project - to join us across our AI Engineering, Robotic Software Engineering, and Robot Learning teams. This is a catch-all posting: if you don't fit neatly into one of our standard open roles but want hands-on experience building real robotic systems at an early-stage startup, we want to hear from you. You'll work directly with our core engineering team on live problems - not busywork - and get exposure to the full stack of building an intelligent robotic work cell, from perception and learning to software and control systems. Depending on your background and interests, we'll match you to the team and project that fits best. We are offering student roles in all areas where we currently offer full time roles.
