This technician keeps robotic welding and forming cells running in a steel fabrication plant by programming, troubleshooting and maintaining them. Duties include root cause analysis, upkeep of PLCs and sensors, writing work instructions, training operators and setting preventive maintenance schedules. Hands-on steel fabrication experience is preferred.
