About the role

Software Business Analyst (South Korea) South Korea, Full-time, Delivery & Service Key Responsibilities: • Own end-to-end software requirements management for commercial projects: requirement gathering, analysis, implementation, acceptance, and change management. • Conduct requirement workshops with domestic and overseas customers; translate business needs into functional specifications (FDS, interface documents) and secure customer sign-off. • Manage software delivery for assigned projects from pre-sales through implementation close-out; ensure high-quality solution delivery to all software system users. • Collaborate with product and R&D teams to feed back field requirements and customer insights, driving product iteration and improvement. • Support continuous improvement of software delivery processes, templates, and methodologies; contribute to team knowledge sharing and training. • Manage customer expectations and drive satisfaction; provide technical, product, and project management support to customers and internal operations teams. Qualifications: • Bachelor‘s degree or above in Computer Science, Logistics, Robotics, or related field. • 3+ years of experience in requirements analysis and project delivery for WMS, logistics planning, or IT systems. • Strong business analysis, logical thinking, and documentation skills; able to lead requirement development and management independently. • Language: Professional proficiency in English required as a working language; Korean native or professional proficiency is strongly preferred for Korea-facing projects; Chinese (Mandarin) is a plus. • Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as required.
