Civ Robotics develops all-terrain surveying and layout robots that automate land marking tasks for construction and renewable energy projects. The autonomous ground robots use GPS and sensors to spray-paint coordinates with precision as fine as 8mm across civil engineering sites. One operator can mark 1,000 to 5,000 points per day, versus the traditional 200-450 daily by conventional surveying crews. The company supplies technology to major contractors including Bechtel, supporting solar farms, roads, airports, and other large-scale infrastructure developments. Over 100 robots have been deployed across five continents, with more than 10 million coordinates marked and 20+ GW of solar capacity built using their systems.
