AIM Intelligent Machines

Redmond, United States

AIM is an embodied AI platform that retrofits existing heavy earthmoving machines, such as bulldozers, excavators, loaders and shovels, into autonomous fleets. Its rugged plug-and-play hardware and 360-degree perception system let operators switch on autonomy without prior site infrastructure. The platform is deployed at mine and construction sites, and with military engineering units for tasks such as mine clearing and base construction. Customers cite fuel savings, reduced idle time and fewer injuries on site. AIM raised $50 million in June 2025, led by General Catalyst, with backing from Khosla Ventures, DCVC, Elad Gil and others. The company is headquartered in Redmond, Washington, and is growing its team.
