ERLEtek builds mobile 3D-printing robots that lay concrete walls on construction sites, addressing Europe's shortage of two million construction workers by 2030. The robot travels to job sites, reads terrain, and prints walls using a vibration-based process compatible with concrete and clay mixes. Skilled workers handle tasks requiring judgment whilst the robot executes long, straight or curved, repetitive runs. The company operates on an OEM leasing model: ERLEtek provides the robot and customers' own crews operate it. First deployment is scheduled for Q2/Q3 2027 with a coastal floodwall project; commercial readiness is targeted for 2028. The founding team has deep construction experience. The company is based at DTU Skylab in Copenhagen and is part of ESA BIC Denmark, which supports parallel development of space-construction applications.
