Kilter develops autonomous field robots for plant-level weed control using AI-driven crop recognition and patented Single Drop Technology. The AX-1 robot delivers herbicide droplets at 6×6mm precision, reducing chemical use by up to 95 percent. The robot maps its surroundings via deep learning neural networks to identify weeds and crops, then applies treatment without touching plants or soil. Currently deployed across Norway, Sweden, Germany and other European markets on over a dozen crop types. Kilter has secured €6.5M in pre-Series B funding led by Kubota Corporation, and previously raised $8.6M in Series A backing.
