Posha is a San Francisco-based AI and robotics company building a countertop robot chef for home kitchens. The appliance uses a built-in camera and onboard intelligence to detect cooking stages, add ingredients at the right moment, manage heat and stir automatically. Users pick from more than 1,000 recipes, load fresh ingredients and let the machine cook. The product targets time-strapped households and has been reviewed by several tech and food publications. The company was started in 2016 as Nymble, initially prototyping a 6-DOF robotic arm, and later rebranded as Posha. In May 2025 it raised an $8 million Series A led by Accel, which it plans to use to expand recipe offerings and US availability.
