Exail Technologies is a French high-tech group formed in 2022 from the merger of ECA Group and iXblue. It designs maritime robotics, including uncrewed surface vessels, autonomous underwater vehicles and remotely operated vehicles, alongside inertial navigation and photonics technologies. Its defence business supplies mine countermeasures systems and navigation products to navies and land forces, and the company says it serves over 70 navies and armies worldwide. Aerospace products cover satellite gyroscopes and flight simulation. The group is listed on Euronext Paris and OTCQX. It raised €300 million in convertible bonds in September 2025 and a further €256 million in January 2026, with roughly 2,000 to 2,200 employees and about 80% of revenue from exports.
