CM Labs Simulations builds simulation-based training systems for heavy equipment operators. Its Intellia Workforce Training System combines curriculum products, training management software and high-fidelity simulators. The company's core technology is Vortex Studio, a physics-based platform for real-time interactive simulations. It serves construction, utilities and port operators, with simulators covering cranes, excavators, loaders and other machines. Founded in 2001 and headquartered in Montreal, CM Labs reports over 2,000 training system implementations in more than 50 countries. It acquired GlobalSim in December 2025 to expand its US footprint.
