Enterprise Solutions Engineer - Retail Tech

Simbe Robotics is a leading retail robotics company providing in-store intelligence solutions that help retailers optimize operations, improve shelf execution, and deliver valuable data insights. Our autonomous robots and multi-modal data collection systems are transforming how retailers manage inventory and make data-driven decisions.   Simbe is looking for an Enterprise Solutions Engineer to enable customers to get the very best from  innovative Tally solutions within  our customers’ existing retail ecosystems. In this role, you will act as the technical expert and trusted advisor, ensuring seamless integration of Tally into various data platforms (point of sale, inventory management, warehouse systems, workforce management systems, planogram data, etc.), orchestrating data flows, and optimizing user adoption of Simbe’s core applications, mobile app, business intelligence tools, and APIs. The ideal candidate will be equally adept at understanding complex retail operations and technologies, designing data-driven integrations, implementing solutions, and effectively communicating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. You will collaborate closely with both internal teams (Engineering, Product, Deployment, Customer Success, and Sales) and external customer/partner teams to build and deliver robust, scalable solutions.
