About the role

\n\nYour mission & challenges • You review, draft, and negotiate national and international contracts, including license agreements, development and cooperation agreements, and non-disclosure agreements. • You ensure legal compliance across company activities, with a strong focus on intellectual property and technology partnerships. • You support corporate governance topics as well as corporate law matters and related processes. • You assess legal aspects of artificial intelligence, data protection, and liability in the context of autonomous systems and machine learning. • You work closely with R&D, product management, and executive leadership to safeguard and actively shape strategic business decisions from a legal perspective. What we can look forward to • You have successfully completed a degree in business law, such as an LL.B., LL.M., or a comparable qualification. • You have a strong affinity for legal topics in a technology-driven environment, particularly in the areas mentioned above. • You demonstrate a structured, solution-oriented, and entrepreneurial mindset. • You have strong communication skills and the ability to explain complex legal matters in a clear and understandable way. • In addition, you are fluent in German and English at a professional negotiation level.
