About the role

\n\nYour mission & challenges • As a caretaker/facility manager (human), you are responsible for the smooth operation of our facilities. • You will carry out minor repairs in the building. • You will manage the technical aspects of the facilities in close coordination with the landlord. • Ensuring the safety, order, and cleanliness of the premises and buildings is part of your job. • You will coordinate and supervise external maintenance work, including the involvement and supervision of contractors. • You will serve as the point of contact for occupational safety experts. • You will be the main contact person for departments that require manual labor (e.g., minor repairs, moving and cleaning work, small transports). • Handling the full order and logistics process, including receiving and processing customer orders, placing orders with suppliers, and coordinating deliveries and incoming goods. Class B driver's license • Good German and English skills are a plus, as are PC skills, to complete your profile to support us in the future.
