Programmed Path Every project follows our Programmed Path: a clear, flexible roadmap guiding systems from discovery through design, deployment, and ongoing support. It keeps teams aligned, reduces risk, and ensures nothing gets handed off or forgotten. Engage Understand the application by reviewing products, processes, constraints, and production goals. Launch Upon order placement, we schedule a kickoff meeting to introduce the project team, align expectations, and confirm key milestones. Design We develop system concepts and refine them into detailed designs. Final designs are reviewed and approved before release to production planning. Develop Components are sourced and the system is manufactured according to approved designs. Materials and subsystems are tested in-house prior to integration. Test The system undergoes functional testing and quality assurance. Customers are invited to observe Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) before approval. Deploy The system is shipped, installed, and commissioned on site. Site Acceptance Testing (SAT) is completed to confirm operational readiness. Monitor After startup, system performance is monitored. We address issues, implement updates as needed, and provide training and support. Review We evaluate project success against initial goals, gather feedback, and document lessons learned and next steps.
