You will run the day-to-day operations of a robotics research lab, managing space, equipment deployment and workflow improvements with external vendors. The role needs six years in manufacturing or production management and experience applying Lean or Six Sigma to R&D or prototyping. Reading dashboards, defining metrics and understanding both hardware and software are preferred.
