You will write control software, perception pipelines and embedded firmware for robots, then test them on physical hardware in a lab. Strong Python and C/C++ or Rust skills are needed, along with experience using ROS and sensors such as IMUs, cameras and lidar. The post is hybrid, with at least half the time spent in the Chicago lab.
