About the Role: Do you enjoy working with robotics, solving technical challenges, and improving welding performance? We’re looking for a Robotic Welding Programmer to write, edit, and troubleshoot robotic welding programs that support high-quality production. In this hands-on role, you’ll help ensure weldments meet specifications while improving efficiency and minimizing downtime. Responsibilities: * Write and optimize robotic weld programs to meet quality and cycle time standards * Troubleshoot robotic welding equipment and resolve programming issues * Inspect and test weldments to ensure they meet specifications * Set up and operate welding equipment (GMAW, GTAW) Qualifications: * Welding, robotic programming, or related manufacturing experience preferred * Ability to read and interpret blueprints and mechanical drawings * Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills * Knowledge of weld parameters and fixturing is a plus * Comfortable working with computers and programming software Reasons to join our TEAM: * Paid on-the-job training * Health, dental, and vision insurance * Life insurance * 401(k) * Paid time off * Employee assistance program * And more EOE-Veteran's & Disabilities
