A test engineer on the automotive robotics team, working on hardware modules for next-generation chiplet-based automotive SoCs. Work involves ATPG and DFT tooling, RTL coding for DFx logic, and coordinating silicon design, DFT, OSAT partners and customers to meet performance, quality and safety targets. The remote role is based in Munich, with openings at several seniority levels.
