About the role
Zoox is seeking an experienced Senior Manager for the Contingent Workforce & Travel team. In this role you will lead and scale our Contingent Workforce and Travel programs. This leader will drive operational excellence, process improvements, and strategic initiatives to improve efficiency and the hiring manager experience. The role requires close partnership with Suppliers, Business Leaders, Recruiting, HR, Procurement, Finance, and legal teams to ensure seamless program execution. In this role, you will lead a multidisciplinary team to drive the strategic direction and operational excellence of Zoox’s expanding contingent workforce and global travel programs. You will champion compliance, fiscal discipline, and world-class stakeholder experiences as the organization scales domestically and globally. You will continually ensure operational efficiency through the use of data.
