Vesoma builds physical general intelligence: humanoid robots that learn new tasks through real-world interaction rather than relying solely on demonstrations. The company's Vesoma 1 is a 170 cm, 75 kg humanoid robot designed for manufacturing, logistics and warehouse environments. The robot combines AI research from DeepMind with 26 degrees of freedom, including 12 in its hands. Leadership includes co-founders with experience in motion control and gaming, plus Chief AI Officer Martin Riedmiller, formerly Research Director at Google DeepMind. The company launched publicly in September 2025 and expects to deliver first production units in early 2027. Its commitment includes refusing weapons, military and surveillance applications.
