Gather AI is a Pittsburgh-based physical AI company that builds drone, forklift-mounted camera and software systems to monitor inventory across warehouses. Its Prana platform combines Vision, which reads structured insights from every image, with Sage, which reasons across warehouse management and enterprise data. The platform aims to give operators a continuous, location-level picture of what is physically on the floor, rather than what the system last recorded. Workflows then route the resulting actions to the right people and systems. Customers include logistics operators such as GEODIS, NFI and Barrett Distribution Centres. The company spun out of Carnegie Mellon University and raised a $40 million Series B in February 2026, bringing its total funding to $74 million.
