Raise Robotics builds reconfigurable robotic work cells that automate high-risk construction tasks such as layout, drilling, fastening, scanning and coating. The work cell mounts on a Raise AGV or on Genie scissor and boom lifts, and runs from the customer's CAD, BIM or ship model. Its platform is configured for hazardous locations and uses simulation-based training so the robot can rehearse each job before working on site. Customers can buy, lease or adopt a proven application, or commission a custom one. Deployed applications include layout printed from BIM, anchor drilling and curtain wall embed fastening. Raise reports a St. Jude Children's Research Hospital curtainwall project with over 10,000 glass panels, and a robotic coating system for large structures is in pre-release.
