The company also integrates, validates and supports this technology across new and existing aircraft, with over 60 aircraft types integrated to date. Its product line includes the optionally piloted Black Hawk UH-60 and Bell 505 for contested logistics, plus the Firefly compact flight system. The company reports more than 3,000 autonomous flight hours and 11,000 autonomous flights. Founded in 2012 and based in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, it counts Kaman, Boeing HorizonX and AE Industrial Partners among its investors. Its work is vetted by the US Navy and DARPA, and it sells mainly to defence and aviation customers.
