Machina Labs builds software-defined factories that use AI-guided robots to form and assemble complex metal structures directly from digital designs, without dedicated tooling. Its proprietary RoboCraftsman platform handles the full manufacturing process, from development through full-rate production. The company serves defence and aerospace customers, forming airframe skins, missile bodies and hypersonic structures, and offers Airframes-as-a-Service through deployable elastic factories. It also targets automotive OEMs seeking customised body panels. Machina raised a $124 million Series C in February 2026, led by strategic investors including Woven Capital, Lockheed Martin Ventures and Balerion Space Ventures. Proceeds fund its first large-scale Intelligent Factory in the United States.
