Saronic Technologies builds autonomous surface vessels for naval and maritime forces, with a portfolio spanning the Corsair, Mirage and Marauder platforms. Its Echelon software provides a single command-and-control layer to plan, simulate and run one vessel or a whole fleet. The company is also developing Port Alpha, a next-generation shipyard, with its Louisiana shipyard and a planned Brownsville, Texas facility expanding capacity. Its platforms are designed for both defence and commercial use. Saronic closed a $1.75 billion Series D in March 2026 at a $9.25 billion valuation, led by Kleiner Perkins.
