Mytra builds software-defined warehouse robotics that move and store material using three-dimensional bots, pathways and software. Its Helix Design system lifts up to 3,000 lbs, and the structure can be built incrementally up to 80ft high, with forklifts, pallet jacks, humans and robots operating around its perimeter. The platform targets pallet pick, case pick, dock buffer and cross-dock applications, claiming double storage density and 99.999% uptime through bot and pathway redundancy. Its software uses machine learning and simulation to plan routes and reorganise operations daily. Founded in 2022 by former Tesla and Rivian engineers, Mytra counts grocers and retailers among its customers, including Albertsons. It raised a $120M Series C in January 2026, bringing total funding above $200M.
