Follow Shield AI on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and YouTube.  ShieldAIisseekingaDirectorofContingentWorkforceProgramstoleadthestrategy,governance,operations,andcontinuousimprovementofourcontingentworkforceprogram,supportingagencyworkers,independentcontractors,andstatement-of-work(SOW)engagements.Inthisrole,youwillindependentlyassessbusinessneeds,establishprogrampriorities,recommenddecisions,anddriveexecutionacrossfunctions.Youwillbuildandimprovetheprocesses,controls,andpartnershipsthatenableaneffective,scalableprogram.Youwillpartnercloselywithbusinessleaders,PeopleExperience(PX),EORvendors,Legal,Finance,IT,andSecuritytostrengthenprogramperformance,managerisk,improvesupplieraccountability,anddeliveraconsistentstakeholderexperience.Thisisahands-onroleforsomeonewhocansetdirectionandfollowthroughontheoperationaldetailsthatmakeaprogramsuccessful.Therolemaysuperviseoneemployeeresponsibleforprogramcoordinationandadministration.
