This on-site contract role leads electrical design for core subsystems of a surgical robotic platform, from architecture and schematics through to commercialisation. The engineer will develop complex rigid, flex and rigid-flex PCBAs in Altium, handle board bring-up and debugging, and integrate hardware with software and mechanics. Medical-device standards and EMC compliance are central, and at least eight years' experience is expected.
