This operator job involves running an automatic TIG welding robot to make mainly circumferential welds on pipes weighing about 200 kg. The worker would position pipes on rotating positioners using a crane, set up the robot at the weld zone and monitor the automatic welding process. Apprentices and less experienced candidates are considered.
