This engineer models and simulates autonomous mobile robots using ROS 2, building URDF models and physics simulations in Gazebo. Work covers sensor and controller integration, SLAM and Navigation2 for path planning and obstacle avoidance, and validating software in simulation before it reaches hardware. Strong Linux, Python and C++ skills are expected.
