About the role
Airobotics develops autonomous drone platforms designed for mission-critical industrial use. Our systems operate continuously, autonomously, and safely — combining aerospace-grade hardware with AI-based autonomy, sensing, and operational reliability. We are seeking an experienced Production Manager to lead the company’s full production activities, across both internal production lines and subcontracted manufacturing. This leader will be responsible for ensuring that all production operations function effectively and deliver the company’s products on time and at the required quality level. The Director of Production will also play a key role in transforming engineering designs, prototypes, and development-stage configurations into products with stable, measurable, and repeatable production processes.
