Operations Manager Store Robotics (w/m/d)

dm Deutschland

Karlsruhe, Germany · Manufacturing, Supply Chain & Operations

You would own the processes that keep Ubica robots running across dm stores, including scalable support, service and ticketing workflows for a fast-growing fleet, and act as the stores' main contact. The post needs a completed degree in an engineering, facility management or IT-related field, strategic thinking across the whole fleet, and strong independence in decision-making.
