You would manage the diagnosis, servicing and repair workflow for robotic mowers, assigning jobs to technicians and tracking progress. You would also check work quality, plan the technicians' rota, handle warranty claims with suppliers and greet customers, so good service skills, team coordination and basic computer skills are needed.
