About the role

As a Working Student Recruiting & People Ops (all genders) at SYNAOS, you make sure we find the right people and that our people processes run fast and smoothly. You have the space to take on your own topics and a team that has your back. Wherever work is still done by hand today, you use AI to find a better way. • Coordinating hiring processes, staying in touch with candidates and running first interviews • Maintaining the candidate pipeline in Personio • Active sourcing: finding the right talent and reaching out directly, mainly via LinkedIn • Contributing to people ops processes, e.g. employment contracts, onboarding, Personio data or internal policies • Using AI to automate manual work in recruiting and people ops • Bringing your own ideas on where processes get stuck and how to improve them • Shifting focus with the hiring phase: sometimes more recruiting, sometimes more people ops • Enrolled at university, e.g. in psychology, business, business informatics or a related field, with at least 12 months of studies remaining • Quick learner: you understand tasks even with little context and ask targeted questions • Problem solving: you break down unclear problems and come back with a proposed solution, not just questions • Critical thinking: you question assumptions and the way things are done • Initiative: you bring your own ideas and align them with us before you get started • Confident use of AI tools you already rely on in your studies or everyday life • Care and discretion when handling confidential data • Experience in recruiting or HR is a plus, but not a must • Languages: very good German (C1) and English (C1) Schließ dich unserem Team an und sei einfach du selbst - wir feiern Diversität!
