The 23rd edition of an established academic conference bringing together researchers, engineers and practitioners working on informatics applications in control, automation and robotics. Running since 2004, ICINCO has built a reputation for rigorous peer review: the 2025 edition accepted just 27 per cent of submissions as full papers from 158 submissions across 42 countries. The conference covers four main research tracks: intelligent control systems and optimisation, robotics and automation, signal processing and sensor systems, and industrial informatics. Papers span theoretical advances through to practical implementation challenges, from autonomous systems and machine learning in control to human‐robot interaction and networked control systems. INCO 2026 is integrated with several related conferences in Angers, with the combined event expecting over 800 delegates. Selected papers are invited to a post‐conference special issue in the Springer Nature Computer Science Journal. Notable programme committee members include researchers from Ford Research, Politecnico di Milano, University of Pavia, and KU Leuven.
