Lab37 builds robotics for commercial food preparation. Its flagship product, Bowl Builder, automates the makeline: staff prep ingredients and load thermally controlled dispensers, and the system handles live order assembly from bowl dispense to bag close. The company says Bowl Builder can save up to 50% of labour cost while reducing order defects and raising throughput, and it adapts to custom modifications and allergen removal.
