DiFACTO Robotics America (DRA) is the U.S. subsidiary of DiFACTO Robotics and Automation, an Indian robot integrator founded in 2007. DRA was established in 2015 and operates as a FANUC Authorised System Integrator serving end users and automation partners across North America. The parent company builds industrial robotic systems for welding, material handling, foundry and machine tending, and fluid dispensing. Its work covers automotive, energy, consumer goods, pharmaceuticals and electronics, with clients such as Mahindra, Tata, Maruti Suzuki and Toyota India. In 2025 the group formed DiFACTO Robotics America LLC and acquired the RoboFinish division from Grind Master to expand its North American presence. The headquarters is in Troy, Michigan.
